Green Barley powder is one of my favourite health supplements, that I have been having for more years now than I can remember. It is made from organically grown Australian green barley. My whole family uses it including my husband who adores it, and my children who tolerate it! The children have been drinking it in milk since they were babies, when they absolutely loved having “green milk”. As they got older their love of it lessened a bit, but they fully realize the health benefits, so continue to drink it if I make it, and hand it to them. As for me, I will honestly say I don’t love the taste so much that I can’t wait to have a drink, but it is reasonably pleasant, and certainly does not have a nasty taste.
We only use SAFE Organic Green Barley powder, which is definitely superior to other green barley powders I have researched or heard of. It is made from 100% barley leaf and contains no additives at all. I consider it to be a “superfood” and is especially beneficial for anyone, especially children who don’t eat enough vegetable and fruit, as it is packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and live enzymes.
Green foods such as green barley are real living foods and are essential for avoiding disease and maintaining health, and are not just for hippie or alternative lifestyle people.
A word of warning though – when you first start using Green Barley Powder, start slowly with just 1/2 teaspoon and gradually increase to 1 to 2 teaspoons over about 2 weeks. This is to give your body time to get used to consuming such a powerful food, and so you won’t have a sudden detoxification experience.
But anyway, go ahead and order some Green Barley Powder here and start “drinking your greens”.

I have found an amazing head lice treatment that actually works. This head lice treatment is worth its weight in gold.
This product has solved the problem that all other head lice treatments do not – it kills the head lice eggs as well as the live lice. Without that power, a lice shampoo is next to useless. Only one egg has to remain in your hair for the vicious circle of lice and eggs to begin again.
My family’s head lice problem went on for one long year, buying and trying one product after another, Read the rest of this entry

Some time ago I bought a little kit containing 2 plastic balls and a 294 page book called the Miracle Ball Method. The spiel on the back of the book reads, ” Get on the ball. Breathe deeply. And let the weight of your body do the rest. Based on one essential truth – you simply cannot help but get results when you reduce muscle tension – the Miracle Ball Method uses a carefully created program of “un-exercise” to heal an aching back, stiff neck, TMJ, menstrual cramps, tennis elbow, headache, even carpal tunnel syndrome. Head to toe, it’s a breakthrough program of relief”
What is the Miracle Ball Method?
This book was written by Elaine Petrone, a dancer who badly injured her leg and was told she may never walk again. To cut the story short, after embarking on a long quest to heal herself, she invented this system of pain relief, that healed her leg and also relieved her stress and reshaped her body. She has since helped thousands of people through her classes and book.
The method delivers a complete program for relief for your whole body. Apparently, this system has been successful in treating back pain, shoulder/neck tension, arthritis, disc problems, fatigue, restless leg syndrome, migraine headaches, injuries, anxiety attacks and insomnia as well as the conditions mentioned above.
